For family and friends supporting people with mental health and/or substance use challenges. Age of the person supported: 16+
We offer various discussion topics such as Communication Strategies, Boundaries, Guilt and Shame, Letting go of Control etc. See Calendar of Topics ...
Once you register, you will receive an email reminder every Monday afternoon. It will tell you whether the meeting is in-person or virtual. It will also include the Zoom link if the meeting is virtual. There is no reminder or meeting on Stat holidays.You are welcome to attend or skip any meeting. You can unsubscribe from the Monday emails at any time.
